THE SEQUENCE OF REGISTRATION

PREPARATION OF REGISTRATION MATERIALS

STAGE 1:

1) Choose how you will participate: ONLINE and OFFLINE (both participants have equal rights);

2) Prepare photo files of competition entries (files over 20 MB are sent through file sharing). It is also advisable to prepare a photograph of the author (for the catalog);

3) Send prepared materials to the organizing committee by clicking on the section "Registrate your artworks for the competition and exhibition":

PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

STAGE 2:

1) The organizing committee processes your application and sends a confirmation of the possibility of participation of your work in the exhibition and competition (to the email address you specified during registration);

2) The author pays the registration fee (see sections "Cost of participation", "Payment methods") and sends a copy of the receipt or a screenshot to email: info@nextfestival.ru ;

3) After confirmation of payment, the Organizing Committee registers the work for the competition and exhibition. The author receives an official confirmation and a label with a registration number.

PREPARATION FOR THE EXHIBITION. 

STAGE 3:

1) The author, participating offline, prints the received label and attaches it in the lower right corner, on the front side. The number of labels corresponds to the number of art objects;

2) An author participating online has the right, if he wishes, to attend the exhibition and accompanying events;

3) The list of winners will be announced on finisage. All participants receive a diploma of the participant or winner. The author receives a link to the online broadcast after registering for the competition and exhibition.
